For our West Coast location we chose the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center. Set against the iconic backdrop of Camelback Mountain, the resort provides the right balance of focus, comfort, and energy for meaningful time together.
With flexible indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, the hotel allows us to come together seamlessly for learning, collaboration, and connection—all under one roof. The all‑suite accommodations make it easy to recharge, connect between sessions, and stay fully present throughout our time together.
Located in the heart of Scottsdale, the resort is ideally positioned just 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and local attractions—making it easy to continue conversations, build relationships, and enjoy the community around us after the day’s sessions.
Scottsdale offers the perfect setting to step out of the day‑to‑day, strengthen connections, and build momentum as we prepare for the season ahead—making it a natural fit for the purpose of our time together.
Meeting Essentials
You’re probably already thinking about what to pack, and we’re looking forward to seeing you in your best Gap style!
A few things to keep in mind as you prepare:
Scottsdale weather in late September is warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures typically in the 80s–90s. Meeting spaces, however, can be cool and well air‑conditioned, so we recommend packing light layers.
Show off your favorite Gap looks! This is your opportunity to bring your personal style while keeping things polished and comfortable.
Unlike typical FLC’s the meeting spaces are located fairly close together so you don’t need to be so concerned about comfortable shoes!

There is a 24hr fitness suite on site so pack your Gapfit essentials if you want to get in a workout or two!
