This Fall, Gap Store Leaders will come together for our Store Leadership Roadshows— focused, in‑person events designed to build connection, develop our leaders, and prepare for the peak season ahead.
Meetings will take place in Scottsdale, AZ (September 28–30) and Atlanta, GA (October 5–7), with leaders invited to attend one location based on their district.

This year, we’re doing things a little differently. Instead of a large Field Leadership Conference, we’ve chosen a more intentional, more personal way to come together — one that allows us to connect deeply, share ideas openly, and build real momentum as a store leadership team.
Last year, we delivered an incredible Holiday — we set the bar high and proved what’s possible when we’re aligned and focused. This year, our ambition is even bigger. These roadshows are our opportunity to come together, learn from one another, sharpen our plans, and build the momentum we need to win the season ahead.
